Walking into Flying Tortilla Restaurant is like stepping into a New Mexican flavor wonderland—one that greets you with the rich aroma of sizzling breakfast skillets and warm spices dancing from the kitchen. As a self-proclaimed breakfast lover, I started with their Breakfast Burrito—hearty, packed with eggs and just the right hit of green chile. The Huevos Rancheros was a bold, savory standout, while the Buenos Dias Breakfast lived up to its cheerful name with a well-balanced plate of morning classics.
The Chile Relleno Omelet was a revelation—creamy, spicy, and perfectly folded—while the Durango Omelet offered a satisfying mix of local flavors. But if you’re craving sweetness, their Stuffed French Toast and Banana Pecan Cinnamon Pancakes are dreamy, indulgent choices that steal the show.
For something heartier, the Chicken Fried Steak Breakfast Dinner is the kind of comfort food that sticks with you (in the best way), and the Pork Chops and Eggs were grilled to juicy perfection.
Midday cravings are equally rewarded here. The Flying “T” Burger is a must-try—juicy and flavorful with all the fixings. The Chef Salad surprised me with its generous portions and fresh crunch, while the Trio Dip appetizer turned out to be a fun, shareable treat.
Dinner transforms into a rustic delight. The Carne Asada Plate Dinner is deeply satisfying, and the Shepherd’s Pie Dinner hits that home-cooked sweet spot. For lighter fare, the Grilled Salmon and Gourmet Spinach Salad offer fresh, clean flavors.
And don't miss the sides: the Sopapilla is golden, airy magic, and the Blueberry Muffin is as soft as a cloud. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, Flying Tortilla’s menu is a flavorful journey worth savoring.
